Mercedes Vito Van

systems for the Mercedes Vito van.
The pre 2003 Mercedes Vito is fitted with a T-track roof rack
fitting system as standard. The the T-track allows for simple
fitting of roof bars and racks. The roof bars can be slid along
the tracks to provide the optimum bar pitch to suit you
requirements. The Rhino 3 bars system is the most popular
choice for this van as it is supplied with fully adjustable
front and rear roof bar legs that can be set so as to even out
the roof curvature and provide a level loading platform.
The 2003 onwards
Mercedes Vito Van is a completely re-designed van. It is
available in three wheelbase sizes, Compact, Medium and Long
wheelbase. This model Vito is supplied with City-Crash tested
roof bar fix-points. The roof bars or rack must be fitted to
these points. Fix-points do not allow for any lateral adjustment
of the bars so users are advised to consider their requirements
carefully. All vans have four fix-points on either side so
either 2 or 4 bar kits are recommended. Rhino Modular racks are
supplied specific for each wheelbase van.
