Autorack's postage costs are divided
into 3 bands, based on the size and weight of the article shipped:
• £7.95- For most leisure items including car roof
bars and bike carriers.
• £9.75- internal van racking / Autorack alloy pipe carries
/ safe-t-bars.
FREE Delivery on all Van Roof Bars over £80.00, Rhino Pipe Tubes and on all Welded
/ Modular Van Racks
Autorack uses various delivery companies. Autorack products products are normally
delivered within 2 working days (please allow an extra day
to allow for unforeseen circumstances). Certain areas may be subject to carrier's
surcharge, ie. Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands. In this case
we will not charge your Credit Card before confirming costs.
Please Note that some out of stock items may be forwarded to you direct
from our suppliers/manufacture who may use an alternative carrier
to those listed above. However, the same delivery time periods will
still apply. Please feel free to contact us on 01296 658607 if you
require greater clarification of delivery arrangements. PLEASE NOTE
- All items will require a signature on delivery. A different delivery address can be used (work address, local garage for example) as long as the billing address matches where the credit card is registered to.
Damaged Items: All delivered items MUST BE CHECKED FOR ANY SIGNS OF DAMAGE before signing the carriers ticket. The courier drivers are aware that items have to be checked over and should be happy to wait for you to do this. In the event of any damage to your items, you should contact Autorack as soon as possible on 01296 658607.
IRELAND & NORTHERN IRELAND: We regret that we cannot send any items to Ireland & Northern Ireland address' due to increased carrier costs.
