Autorack Van Racking Photo Gallery.

During the course of the last year at autorack , we have built up a collection of photographs of vehicles that we have fitted out with our van racking. These images can be useful to show exactly which racks best suit your van, and also give a visual reference of how the units fit into the van.
We try and keep this gallery updated, so please comeback often for new image additions.

Fiat Ducato MWB Low Roof

Show here is a new shape Fiat Ducato / Peugoet Boxer / Citroen Relay MWB-Low Roof van. The vehicle had our standard combination unit fitted (GK77) but because of the twin side loading doors, we fitted one of the units against the bulkhead.
Volkswagon Transporter T5 LWB

This is an example of a custom fit that we did on a Transporter T5 LWB. The system comprises of storage bins and tool sheves added together to give maximum space and storage.
Mercedes Vito Compact

The extra side loading door means you can't fit a combination van racking unit (GK77) to a Mercedes Vito Compact van. The solution to this is to fit a wheel arch unit as normal, with the second van racking unit behind the bulkhead. This gives the same amount of storage space, but still leaving the side door free.

Expert / Scudo / Dispatch (new shape)

The brand new Peugeot Expert (Citroen Dispatch, Fiat Scudo).
The twin side loading doors makes excellent use of the twin wheel arch kits.

Vivaro / Trafic / Primaster SWB

This Van had the perfect fitting GK77 Van Racking Unit down the right hand side of the van. The left hand side wheel arch had our standard VT96-WA Van Racking Unit.

Ford Transit Connect SWB

Pictured are some examples of Van Racking fitted to a Transit Connect SWB.
The shallow depth of the connect wheel arches enables a GK3D unit to be placed in front. When using a normal wheel arch van racking unit, it is necessaryto fit the deep shelf at the top to enable access to the shelf.

Ford Transit Connect LWB
The extra space the LWB van gives you, allows for a combination van racking unit to be fitted. Down the right hand side of the van we fitted a standard wheel arch van racking unit (GK96-WA) with a 680mm wide racking unit next to it (GK68-3D1S) The van was finished off with a shallow van racking unit
(GK96-4S) placed down the left side of the van.
Ford Transit LWB High Top

For this fitting, we used the GK-MH van racking units. These comprise of the standard height van racking units (GK77 & GK3D1S) combined with the MH960 top unit, gives an provision for an added top shelf.

Minimum Roof Height Requirement = 1600mm

Toyota Hi Ace Power Van

This Van had the perfect fitting GK77 Van Racking Unit down the right hand side of the van. The left hand side wheel arch had our standard GK96-WA Van Racking Unit.
