Designed by Autorack and manufactured within the UK our van roof bar sets feature strong 1.5mm gauge x 50mm x 25mm flat-sided oval section steel bar. The roof bars are BZP plated to offer corrosion protection that meets the industry standard for this type of product. The roof bar fixings are manufactured from 3mm Zintec steel and powder-coated in attractive smooth Black-Semi-Gloss finish.

Featuring welded end-loops takes away the need to purchase additional loads-stops as required by many other roof rack suppliers. Rhino "Over Cab Extension" OCE Roof Racks

For small vans which regularly transport 8' x 4' boards and or long ladder, we recommend the Rhino oce systems. These comprise of 2 x 2 metre parallel bars which extend from the back door area of the van , to over the cab. Three cross bars are positioned on these bars at 90 degrees , to allow for a extended deck base. This is a perfect solution for safety transporting those awkward boards or sheets

Rhino "Delta" Heavy Duty Roof Bars
The new Rhino Delta Bar Roof Rack has all the merits of an aerodynamic aluminum profile, while retaining the 'value for money' principles of a steel roof bar. In fact, you have to look pretty hard to recognise it isn't aluminum!

The new delta bar roof rack has been complimented with associated accessories such as the new load stops, (pictured below) which are manufactured from composite materials and steel offering both strength and contemporary styling.
