DELIVERY INFORMATION:
Autorack products products are normally delivered within 2 working days (please allow an extra day to allow for unforeseen circumstances). Certain areas may be subject to carrier's surcharge, ie. Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands. In this case we will contact you to confirm costs.
Please Note that some out of stock items may be forwarded to you direct from our suppliers/manufacture who may use an alternative carrier to ourselves. However, the same delivery time periods will still apply. Please feel free to contact us on 01296 658607 if you require greater clarification of delivery arrangements.

PLEASE NOTE - All items will require a signature on delivery. A different delivery address can be used (work address, local garage for example) as long as the billing address matches where the credit card is registered to and the checkout process has been varified.

Damaged Items: All delivered items MUST BE CHECKED FOR ANY SIGNS OF DAMAGE before signing the carriers ticket. The courier drivers are aware that items have to be checked over and should be happy to wait for you to do this. In the event of any damage to your items, you should contact Autorack as soon as possible on 01296 658607.

AUTORACK TERMS & CONDITIONS: Buying from the Autorack website does not affect your statutory rights. Autorack is part of the Autorack Products Ltd. We pride ourselves on having technical knowledge of most products that we sell and always endeavour to offer a high level of customer care and courtesy. We are a genuine retail motor business and visitors to our showroom are welcome (we are not just a mail order box and pack concern!)

Delivery / Stock & Shipping: Goods in stock are normally delivered within 48 hours of order. Out of stock goods will not be confirmed as still required by the customer. Customers will be informed of out of stock items before charge or despatch of any part of the whole order. Autorack delivery charges are for UK mainland only. Certain post code areas are subject to carriers surcharge (e g Highlands & Islands) - if a surcharge applies we will inform you before despatch. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DELIVERY CHARGES ON THE WEB SITE DO NOT INCLUDE SURCHARGES.

Goods Returns: Goods correctly supplied will only be accepted for return within Seven days of receipt and will be subject to a 10% re-stocking charge, (special order items may incur increased charges set by the manufacturer) unless exchanged for other goods. The customer must pay for the return carriage cost for correctly supplied goods and must obtain proof of despatch and delivery from their chosen carrier. Incorrectly supplied or damaged goods will be exchanged by Autorack and will include full refund of any return carriage. Autorack will not be liable for any consequential loss to the customer, i.e. labour / fitting charges, work loss due to delivery problems etc.

Purchase Security: When buying onlive, your credit card details will never be seen by Autorack - All payments are processed through Barclays EPDQ System or Paypal.
