Payment can be made with most credit and debit cards, Paypal, ShopPay & Klarna. If you would like to pay via bank transfer please email or phone with your requirements and we will send a pro-forma invoice.

Any order placed that has not been shipped can be cancelled or amended. Please call us straight away.

Boxed shipments: Expedited Next Day delivery available otherwise 2-4 working days.

Pallets: Expedited shipments 2-3 working days otherwise 3-6 days.

International: Typically 3-10 days.

Yes we ship internationally. For EU shipments we can ship without VAT/DUTY if you provide a valid EORI and VAT number. Please email your requirements with full address for a bespoke quotation.

We will provide a courier tracking number once the order is shipped.

In the rare event that goods are damaged, pleased notify us within 72 hours. Provide photos of damaged packaging and goods.

It rarely happens. Returns will be accepted within the first 30 days subject to the following: (1) Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. (2) It must also be in the original packaging. (3) If Items are missing or damaged we will offer a partial refund (4) You must pay for the return shipping. (5) A 10% repackaging fee will apply.

We warrant our products to be free from manufacturing defects for the following periods:

Plastic Accessories and storage trays - 3 months

Ladder Clamps - 12 months

Van Racking and metal storage accessories - 5 years

Repair or replacement will be at our discretion.

We will not provide a warranty for normal wear and tear, paint scratches, where items have clearly been overloaded or where items have not be used or fitted as per our instructions.
