Replacement Wide Hooks. New Easy Clamp+ variant with upgraded Nickel Alloy coating - 5 times the corrosion resistance to standard Zinc coatings and improved wear resistance. Only for use with Autorack Products Easy-Clamp. Can be fitted to both standard and wide ladder clamps, so ideal if you have changed your roof rack or purchased the wrong size.
NOTE: Unlike cheap steel clamps that just bend when you tighten them down, the EASY CLAMP is very rigid. That is why it is a very effective clamp. But this means the clamping force can be very high if overtightened. We now include a spring washer with these hooks to reduce the risk of overtightening, but it is only necessary to add an extra half to one turn of the handle once the clamps start to go tight.
